My Baby Sleep Phone or Video Consultations are available for parents to discuss your concerns around:

• Sleep and settling (unsettled babies/tricky settling behaviours and night waking)
• How to establish a settling routine
• Establishing healthy sleep spaces
• Your baby’s behaviour
• How to establish a feed-play-sleep routine
• Improving catnapping and reducing night wakenings
• Commencing Solids

Baby Phone Consultation services are available Australia-wide. An initial phone consultation is $99 for up to 45 minutes and $75 for up to 30 minutes for any subsequent consultations.

Baby Video Consultation services are available world-wide (excluding USA).  Video consultations are practical consults where you can receive real time guidance whilst settling your baby and we can make changes together.  These consults usually require about 45 minutes and are priced at $149 each.

If you have multiple queries or need support for more than one child additional phone or video consultations may be required.

I believe all babies are unique and my Tailored Sleep and Behaviour Plans are especially designed for your babies’ unique needs and temperament in mind.

Here’s how it works:

• Following your purchase you will receive a questionnaire to complete and email back to me. You can also send me video footage of what is occurring around sleep for your baby/child.
• Once I receive your questionnaire I do an intense review and create an individualised sleep plan for your baby based on my well researched Dynamic Sleep Connection™ framework
• You also receive a follow up phone consultation to review any questions you have regarding your plan
• You will then receive my “Dynamic Baby Sleep” Guide inboxed to you to further extend the strategies I plan for you
• Follow up support can also be additionally provided if needed through phone, video and email consultation services (additional costs apply)

My Virtual Home Visit package is designed for parents who wish to make changes within their own home with my back up assessment, planning and support. I provide you with an individualised plan and regular support via FaceTime, so that you can gently make changes to your baby’s sleep routine. Video support while you are settling your baby enables me to provide you with real time individualised guidance regarding settling for your babies needs

This package includes:

• Initial Video Consultation
• An individualised and comprehensive assessment with a tailored plan prepared for your sleep or behavioural situation inboxed
• 3 x follow up video consultations scheduled whilst you are settling for real time guidance
• A month of email support
• A downloadable copy of my Dynamic Baby Sleep Guide inboxed to you

Virtual Home Visit Package is available World-wide for $420.
